Solens Boern oensker mest af alt, at hjaelpe til at unge paa Inti bliver MOENSTERBRYDERE -

At komme ud af den onde sociale arv - ud af den svoebe, som fattigdommen er.

I foelge Det Danske Institut for Menneskerettigheder - og dansk U- landsbistand i oevrigt - anses fattigdom og forarmelse for at vaere et brud paa menneskerettighederne.

Ud fra dette syn har vi, der har ressourcer til det, PLIGT til at hjaelpe daarligere stillede medmennesker i denne verden med at faa opfyldt deres RETTIGHEDER med hensyn til de mest basale behov, herunder for boern og unge - uddannelse og fremtidsmuligheder

SOLENS BØRN & INTI'S UDDANNELSESPOLITIK

Inti Runakunaq Wasin i Cusco er i vækst og udvikling. Der kommer dagligt 65-80 børn. De får lektiehjælp, arbejder i kreative værksteder, får et måltid mad, opbygger deres selvværd og møder efterlignelsesværdige voksne, der fungerer som positive rollemodeller.


Men børn bliver unge.

UNG I UDDANNELSE:
Der er hvert aar unge, der forlader skolen ved juletid - vi er jo syd for ækvator. De drømmer om at blive

sygeplejerske, lærer, advokat, kok, politibetjent, turistguide. De unges situation er vanskelig.
Den kan se sådan ud: Du skal skaffe penge til din familie, din far har cancer, din mor drikker og du har ansvar for dine små søskende – hvad har du af tid og penge til studier og til at tænke på din fremtid? - Dette er et eksempel fra det
virkelige liv.
Det er den onde sociale arv, hvor gadebørn lynhurtigt kan komme til at skabe nye gadebørn.

Vi ønsker at bryde denne onde cirkel.

Da uddannelse er nøglen til en bedre fremtid, er vi i færd med at opbygge en uddannelsespolitik, så vi har nogle pejlemærker at navigere efter.

VORES UDDANNELSESPOLITIK:
1.Sponsorering af unge til en egentlig uddannelse.
2.Sponsorering af unge til kortere kurser, der forbedrer jobmulighederne.
3 .Opbygning af Fair Trade via et produktionsskolekoncept, som skaber
arbejde og indtjening.

Siden november 2008 er det foreløbig lykkedes os at skaffe
sponsorering til nogle faa unge.

Ad 1. Wilfredo og andre er allerede blevet indskrevet og er i gang med et 6 måneders forberedelseskursus, hvorefter de fortsætter med deres egentlige uddannelse: Wilfredo til politibetjent og Felicia til kok.
Ad 2. Nogle af de unge skal hjælpes til at få engelsk- og computerkurser. Vi ansøger om fondsmidler til oprettelse og gennemførelse af IT kurser og andre relevante kursustilbud.
Ad 3. Vi satser på at 2009 skal være året, hvor vi begynder opbygningen af Fair Made / Fair Trade mellem Inti og Danmark: At nogle unge strikker børnetøj og fremstiller andet, der kan sælges her - inspireret af den danske
produktionsskoleidé, hvor læringen sker samtidig med, at man arbejder og skaffer sig penge. Inti lægger værkstedsfaciliteter og oplæring til, og de unge kan tjene penge på det, de fremstiller – med en vis %-del til de unge og en vis %-del til Inti.
På sigt vil de unge kunne etablere sig ved hjælp af mikrolån.

UDDANNELSESKONTRAKT
Der oprettes en kontrakt mellem den enkelte unge og Solens Børn / Inti, hvor den unge og foraeldrene bistået af Inti, forpligter sig til følgende:
1. Sende os en formel beskrivelse af uddannelsen fra uddannelsesstedet med nøjagtige priser på udgifterne.
2. Alle udgiftsbilag afleveres til Inti, som sender dem videre til os.
3. Halvårligt rapportere, hvordan det går med studierne, bilagt kopi af examensbeviser eller udtalelse fra skolen, underskrevet af Luz Marina, leder på Inti.
4. Straks at give besked, hvis uddannelsen afbrydes.
5. Pengene til 'Ung i Uddannelse' går ind på en specifik konto, som administreres af Inti. Pengene kan kun bruges til de aftalte formål.

6. Foraeldrene forpligter sig til at bakke op ved at soerge for bolig, mad, transport og emotionel stoette til, at den unge kan gennemfoere sin uddannelse.

Herudover har nogle af os fra bestyrelsen for Solens Boern sammen med Luz Marina, leder paa Inti, udarbejdet foelgende visioner sommeren 2007 / da Luz Marina var paa besoeg i Danmark - med hensyn til, hvordan vi ser Inti og chillcachaca om 10-15 aar


IMAGINATIONS OF THE FUTURE IN 10 – 15 YEARS

The task:
1) How does each of us see/imagine Inti in Cusco and Chilcachaca in 10-15 years?

2) What are the steps toward the goal?

PROLOG:
“When 2 or 3 are gathered in my name, I will be in the middle among them”

We are going to make a social piece of art, who nobody has done before. So we can’t ask anybody, how to do. We have to find out ourselves. This is our challenge, and this is good.

I will try to make a little report of our meeting. I am hoping, that I have got the most important of what you said, as I couldn’t write everything.

Christina:
Inti in Cusco: I see a big place with all kinds of people open 24 hours. It is possible for the kids to sleep there. There are many workshops. There is a shop to sell things in order to get money. Many beautiful things of good materials. Festivals to celebrate the seasons of the year to make the place well known for the surroundings with food, cafÈ, buying, selling.
Steps: More good people, more structure, more education of people working there.
Chilcachaca: A place that can supply itself, people, animals, earth. In the middle there is Agni Hotra. Kindergarten, school, and a place for special people. People living there permanently and people occasionally coming from the outside to be educated. Church. Alternative clinic.
Steps: lavatory of soil, houses to be built, cultivate vegetables, breed animals, make fences, produce drinking water, agni hotra place, roads to drive, lanes to walk, structured workingschedules etc.

Jens:
Inti in Cusco: More than 1 million people will live in Cusco in the future. Here is a need for what we are doing. Have our own house. A hostal for volunteers and other people. Use waldorftecniques to teach people in Cusco and the staff in Inti. Kindergarten and later on a school. A place where kids can live and stay, lodging for other people and for handicapped.
Chilcachaca: After balancing the energies we start our biodynamic farming. When there’s money, build houses and a big assembly hall. The right people will come to be in harmony with nature and cosmos. Not touristgarbage. It’s necessary to be very conscious of how many handicapped people in relation to “normal”. Use the sowing calendar to sow and harvest in the right moment. Grow medical plants. This is only for people that can go into the cosmic energies. Is not for handicapped people. Make a special house only for agni hotra. Put down pyramids in the 4 world corners in the field. People will come to get healing. It is not allowed to ask for money. Make a list of who does what - and when. This is not difficult, once the things have been started. We in the board have to feel the pulse of what’s going on, who comes and goes. Have a communication. – Kindergarten, later a school, place for all kinds of people, special and normal.
Steps: First step is to make agni hotra every morning and evening. Have a fire 4 hours every day, that shall help balancing the energies.

Anne:
Inti in Cusco:
I think that Inti still is in Huancaro
There will be a new roof, and in the new roof we will have installed sun-elements for heating water
The workshops are developed so that everything is practically arranged with the different tools at their own places – and with a room for materials – so that it’s easy to find them. We are using the big oven. The kitchen is full renovated and is suitable for cooking and teaching in nutrition. I see the members of the staff - and I see new waldorf inspired methods - a new democratic way, inspired of social ecology, of leading the place – with responsibility given to all members of the staff - as far as they are able to manage their individual responsibility. And an ever continuing education of the staff, practically and spiritually. I see several teachers for the “special kids” working with them in new workshops with many different items – and I see a line going from Inti to
Chilcachaca – where the “special kids” can come and live in the countryside and get posibilities to work with people that live and work in Chilcachaca – where the land will be cultured in the biodynamic way and the people will come back to their village again. The houses are built in local materials, and the children are in waldorf kindergarten and – school.

How to do?
First of all it is important to be true to what we decide to say to our plan – not to go away from the good way – and then to take the challenges in the order they come to us – and it is also important to tell all of us what we are going to do – so that all of us is informed of the things.. that every step is made clear for all of us in the board – to be honest to one another.. .and open minded.

Luz Marina:
Inti in Cusco:
1) Inti is a big place that offers services for poor families.
Support values. Work very hard with values: Solidarity, cultural identity, develop spiritual values, how to develop courage.
Make workshops for the families to generate income.
2) Institutional business. A big shop for selling our things. A hostel for volunteers. CafÈ and restaurant for people in the nabourhood and for tourists – where people, also the special people, can work.
3) Community living. Community experience with special people f ex as at “Marjatta” in Denmark. - home and working place for special people.
4) Ann Sullivan trains special people to work in an ordinary job f ex in a supermarket, banks, hostels etc – how to develop working skills of special people. In Peru there laws that say you have to hire special people.

Steps:
Buy the house, design the project, person to train the special people together with Cirilo, describe the projects and apply foundations, build a house for special people in Cusco. Evt pay Laura to help with institutional business.

Chilcachaca:
Big center for ecological production. Production for the local market. Have a school for kids, parents and special people – a big school of a new type, based on values: feeling of solidarity for other people, you have to love others as you love yourself. This will totally change their minds. Have a place like “Marjatta”, Hertha – village for “normal” and special people. Be in the nature that can be healing for special people. Hostels for tourists, cottages. Get people come and live there for some time to generate income.

Steps:
hire two people to get the things into reality.
Begin the process by making meetings with the people living there, move, tell what we want so that they can be interested and identify themselves with it. Local people have to be involved. We must change the life for people living there. Meetings f ex once a month.

Else
Inti in Cusco + steps:

Buy the house in Huancaro.
Here in Denmark work to get money for “Solens B¯rn”/Inti. Get a shop to sell second hand things etc. Make networking and inter-contacting to make many people know the projects, to get support and money. Make fundraising and follow-up to foundations.
In Cusco: A continuing education of the staff in Inti and the other little group in pedagogical, social, organisational and artistic items inspired of waldorf pedagogic. Anne and I teach every time when we are in Cusco.
Get money from foundations to pay one more person to help Cirilo taking care of the special people.
More special kids in Inti.
Make an exhibition in Cusco about waldorfpedagogic. Follow up of this with Bettina, “Freunde der - Erziehungskunst”, the mayors in Cusco, get money to finance etc.
Find a person here in Denmark – fx Saskia - to come to Cusco to make a film.
Perhaps translate Danish films about special people to Spanish to show in the peruvian tv.
Workshops with the mothers to generate income. Micro loans. Find a person to do this.
Make Christmas play every year as a way to work with the community building between staff and parents.
Make a kindergarten, school and workshops and home for special people inspired of waldorfpedagogic.
Education of people involved and working in the projects
Make a description of the projects, our future plans and visions.

Chilcachaca + steps:
Contact to Guillermo. How do they start up the development projects in Quillabamba? Will he support/ help us?
Find persons that can realise and work out culturing the land.
Biodynamic, ecological, plant trees, roads, get good drinking water, el, telephone etc.
Find persons that want to come back to Chilcachaca and live there
Make a clinic with medical help, healing, massage, homeopathy etc
Cultivate medical plants to make homeopathic medicine in Chilcachaca or in Denmark
Make a living community with 1/5 special people in relation to 4/5 normal people
Celebrate the seasons of the year and others feasts.
Tourism I cooperation with the local people: how do they want the tourism? Cooperate with GAP.
Make a kindergarten and a scool - “una escuela de nuevo tipo” – inspired of waldorfpedagogic
Relevant education for all involved people
Build a common house and perhaps a church.
Have car and bus
Describe the project for the foundations


EPILOG:

Afterwards we had a meeting with Lea who helped us:

Feel a very strong spiritual energetic ring throughout our group connecting our hearts.

We realised that we get much help and support for our future plans from the spiritual world.

We got the advise: Always to seek consensus in all our desicions and before we end our meetings.
